Conker’s Bad Fur Day Guitar Medley
Mp3: www.mediafire.com Nintendo 64 Guitar Medleys 2 (Entire Collection): www.mediafire.com Don’t say you didn’t ask for it. This was a game that I felt was too ridiculous to cover and I thought it would be frowned upon. Much to my surprise it’s one of my most requested so, I guess that’s cool. I hope I’ll be pleasantly surprised with the amount of people who were old enough to play this (or smart enough to hide it from their parents
). In all fairness, Robin Beanland never disappoints with his compositions. I can’t imagine ever being brave enough to jump aboard a project involving large breasted sunflowers, putting villagers in a vampire grinder, shooting up banks dressed as Neo, and of course fighting a giant mound of poo. So props to him.
The music selection was scarce however, most of the soundtrack is variations of the overworld theme so I had to pick songs with original melodies. I decided arrangment-wise, I’d put a focus point on the Windy Theme and Sloprano, that way I can keep most of the songs short without repeats. I think I had the most fun playing Count Batula but definitely the most fun arranging Sloprano’s theme. I wanted to make it over the top epic and still make references to the lyrics through facial expressions. That was the plan from the beginning actually. The bass is very simplistic in this because I hurt my bass playing fingers pretty bad doing Diddy Kong Racing. I had multiple blisters for days and ended up arranging the bass by only playing …

Nintendo 64 Guitar Medley 2
Mp3:www.mediafire.com Nintendo 64 Guitar Medleys 2 (Entire Collection): www.mediafire.com You know, it seems like only yesterday that I said to myself, “Well shit, I should probably start N64 Medleys 2 now if I want to finish it before my break starting July…” I was assuming it would be like the last run where I would take a week break in between a few. But no. I ended up getting so damn dedicated to get these done, that I did them all in one run through. And holy shit, was it difficult. This was about 10 times as hard as the last one, not to mention countless times where I felt like the medley was crap and had to upload it anyways. However, now that it’s over, I feel the first bit of accomplishment I’ve felt since before I started. It’s a good feeling since I never got to just sit down and enjoy the benefits of a finished project, because it only meant that it was time to start the next one. Each one of these covers was arranged and had a mostly rough draft recording done by the time you saw the previous week’s video. It was like clockwork and unfortunately felt stressful and difficult at times, which goes against every reason I’m doing this. But it’s finally done, and I’m glad you guys loved them and got excited for the next one! This final cover was a fairly easy one to arrange though. I feel that since I knew way before that I was doing this, I had songs that I was saving to do in this one. Area 51 was a challenge because of the time signature, but other then that I …
